Subject: Acceleration vs deceleration

Hi Tom,

I have a 3 axis machine I am setting up that has noticeably longer deceleration than acceleration on all axes. Out of the 3 machines i have setup with the kmotion/kanalog this is the first time I have encountered any difference between acc. and decel. and I cant figure out how I could have specified this.

The problem shows itself in kmotioncnc, but not when testing moves in the step response screen.

OK OK I figured it out.

I had much much smaller jerk than need. Not sure why it manifested itself the way it did, but adding the right amount of zeros has the acc/decel in kmotion acting like that observed in the step response tests.
